CGA Open Meetings and Capacity programmes calendar, we are planning to strengthen and implement this calendar for 2020. The purpose of the calendar is to ensure that there is communication and engagement between members and the respective commissions and committees and most importantly our members are capacitated to deliver excellence.
A reminder of February and March 2020 Capacity and Open Meeting Programmes:
1. CGA Road Running Fixture and Open Meeting
- Date: Saturday, 22 February 2020
- Time: 09h00
- Venue: Sports House, Johannesburg Stadium
Please also find the attached 2021 Road Race Application forms. Clubs that are planning to host a road race in 2021 are reminded to submit their road race applications before the 21 February 2020.
2. CGA Team Management Workshop
- Date: Saturday, 29 February 2020
- Time: 10h00
- Venue: Sports House, Johannesburg Stadium
The purpose of the workshop is to equip CGA officials on the roles and responsibilities of being a team manager for the province so that teams are professionally and effectively managed. The workshop is solely opened to Commission Members, affiliated CGA Technical Officials and CGA Affiliated Coaches. The workshop is compulsory as only managers who attended the workshop will be eligible to be selected as 2020 Team Managers for provincial teams.
3. CGA Annual General Meeting (AGM)
- Date: Saturday, 7 March 2020
- Time: 09h00
- Venue: Germiston Recreation Hall, Germiston Stadium
Please submit notices of motions to be dealt with at the Annual General Meeting together with the names of delegates who will be attending the meeting on behalf of your club before 14th of February 2020.
