As announced by the government that as from the 1 May 2020, we will be entering Level 4 lockdown. Regulation 16(f) in the government gazette allows athletes to jog/run in the mornings from 06h00 – 09h00 and only within a radius of 5km of your home. Athletes are allowed to jog alone and not in groups with a face mask as specified by the government.

Please note that the CGA office will remain closed during the National Lockdown Alert Level 4. We will update you when the office will be open accordingly and hopefully during lower levels once announced by the government.

Please note that there will be no athletics events organised in the province until the lifting of restrictions regarding gatherings and events by the government.
