The Director of Sport Development at Gauteng Sport, Arts, Culture & Recreation, Mrs Marrissa Rose was amongst the officials on hand to witness the thrills and spills of the games and award medals and trophies to the participants.

During the interview with Mrs Marrissa Rose said: “The programme aims to revive the interest of sport within communities, increase participation and identify talented athletes, and also enhance the level of performance of talented athletes and coaches as well as to increase the rate of sports development within the province.”
